These Terms, including all rights, remedies, claims, and disputes related to the Terms or any services provided by Apis Mental Health & Grief Counseling PLLC, shall be governed by and construed exclusively under the substantive laws of Wabasha County, Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.Any such claims or disputes must be brought solely in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Wabasha, Minnesota, and by using this Site, Content or services, you expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
Exclusion of International Sales Law
The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded from this Agreement.Attorneys’ Fees and Indemnification

If you create an account, log in to the client portal, or otherwise become a registered user of Apis Mental Health & Grief Counseling PLLC, you may be asked to agree to additional terms specific to that service (such as our Portal Terms of Access or individual service agreements). These additional terms are considered part of the overall Terms of Use and govern your use of those features.
